Owner of the Law firm, Samer Al Rustom graduated from Beirut Arab University in 1996 and Damascus University in 1998 before moving to Paris to continue his studies at Sorbonne University where he received his Master’s degree in Banking Law in 2000. Specialized in Corporate and Banking Law, Samer began his legal practice in 2000.
